What the site is for
The site describes the equipment we distribute and the services we provide, and lets you contact us. The information is general and for reference only.
- Equipment specifications, certifications and photos come from the manufacturer, Rapiscan Systems, and may change without notice.
- Response times apply as set out in each client’s service contract.
- Nothing on this site is an offer for sale. Prices, lead times and conditions are set only in a formal written quote.
Permitted use
You may browse the site and share its links. You may not:
- Use the site or the form to send unsolicited advertising, illegal content or malicious software.
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems, servers or data, including the client portal.
- Copy the site in bulk or by automated means.
Intellectual property
The RexSecurity text, design and logo belong to RexCargo Trading S.A. or the Rex America group. Rapiscan, Orion, Metor, Itemiser, RTT and images of their equipment belong to Rapiscan Systems and are used in our capacity as authorised distributor. No content may be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites, such as the manufacturer’s. We do not control their content or privacy practices.
Client portal
Access to the client portal is personal and governed by each client’s service contract. Credentials must not be shared.
Liability
We do our best to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, RexCargo Trading S.A. is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the general information on this site. Equipment and service warranties are those stated in each contract or accepted quote.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Costa Rica.
